1. Products & Services

JAF manufactures and supplies aluminium windows, doors and related products, accessories, fabrication, delivery and installation services.

Products will be manufactured according to the specifications, measurements, drawings and requirements approved by the customer.

2. Quotation Validity

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the rates mentioned in the quotation will remain valid for 15 days from the date of quotation.

3. Pricing & GST

GST will be charged in addition to the quoted prices wherever applicable.

Any additional products, services, accessories, scaffolding, MS work, templates, key locks, door closers or other requirements not included in the original quotation may be charged separately.

4. Payment Terms

• 25% of the total payment is required as advance payment along with the work order.
• The remaining 75% must be paid before the material is dispatched.
• JAF reserves the right to stop or defer supply if payment is not received according to the agreed terms.
• Online payments may be processed through authorized payment gateways.

5. Material Specifications

The material will be fabricated according to the specification sheet, measurements and drawings approved by the customer.

Any modification requested after fabrication has commenced may result in additional charges and revised timelines.

JAF will not be responsible for variations in site cavities after final sizes have been approved or signed off by the customer.

6. Site & Cavity Readiness

The customer is responsible for preparing the required site/cavity at the correct angle and ensuring that the site is ready for installation.

JAF does not undertake civil work at the site unless specifically agreed in writing.

If measurements are provided while the cavity is not fully ready, the customer may be required to approve or sign off the dimensions provided to JAF.

7. Installation & Handover

JAF products are finished products and should generally be installed after completion of brickwork, plastering, flooring, ceilings and POP work.

JAF will not be responsible for damage caused to installed windows or doors due to ongoing construction or third-party workers at the site.

Packing/protection of installed windows, where required, may be charged separately according to the quotation.

Additional cleaning required after installation due to ongoing civil work, stains or third-party activities may also be chargeable.

8. Transportation & Delivery

Transportation and freight charges will be handled according to the applicable quotation.

Where specifically mentioned in the quotation, freight from the fabrication unit to the first point of delivery may be included for two lots. Additional lots may be charged on an actual basis.

9. Warehouse Charges

JAF will inform the customer when the material is ready. Once the material is ready, the customer should ensure that the site is ready and accessible for installation.

If the site is not ready or cannot be opened for installation, JAF may charge a warehouse/storage charge of 2% of the due amount from the 7th day of intimation, as applicable under the quotation terms.

10. Coating & Finishes

Wood finishes, anodizing finishes or other special coatings may be charged separately depending on the shade, finish and specifications selected by the customer.

11. Additional Items & Services

Additional items or services such as key locks, door closers, scaffolding, MS work, templates or other accessories may be charged separately.

12. Design Changes

Any changes made to the design after finalizing the shop drawing and placing the order may be treated as a new order or additional requirement.

Such changes may result in additional charges and revised delivery or installation timelines.

13. Post-Order Negotiation

Once the order has been finalized and confirmed, post-order price negotiations may not be entertained.

14. Written Communication

No verbal promises or commitments will be considered binding unless confirmed in writing.

Any communication, commitment, approval, change or promise between JAF and the customer should be duly documented through signed documents or official email.

15. Ownership of Material

Ownership of the material will be transferred to the customer upon installation of the windows and doors, subject to applicable payment terms and the agreement between JAF and the customer.

16. Care After Installation

Windows and doors should be cleaned regularly to prevent discoloration or damage caused by dirt deposits.

Customers should not use harsh chemicals or unsuitable substances that may damage aluminium, glass, coatings or finishes.

17. Cancellation of Order

• Cancellation within one month may result in a deduction of 10% of the advance payment.
• Cancellation after 30 days may result in a deduction of 25% of the total amount.
• Once fabrication of customized windows or doors has commenced at the JAF factory, the order will generally not be eligible for cancellation.
